A large late 19^th Century Swiss Goliath lever watch with moonphase calendar in a nickel open face case. Large keyless gilt bar movement with going barrel.  Plain cock with polished steel regulator, index on the centre bar.  Uncut bimetallic balance with overcoil hairspring.  Club foot lever escapement. Large white enamel dial with subsidiaries for day date and month in English. The seconds subsidiary with an opening to show the phases of the moon, Roman numerals, blue steel hands.  Substantial plain nickle open face case, plain nickle cuvette, sets for the calendar in the front bezel.
