"T" bar close to  one end of the chain and spring clip on the other.  Short length of the chain to an unusual pierced cast silver fob depicting Saint Genesius.  The Saint is holding a mask which swivels.  On one side the mask bears a frown, on the other a smile.  Around the scene "Saint Genesius – Guide my Destiny".  Marked "Weston – Sterling" on the reverse.

Genesius of Rome is primarily considered the patron saint of actors.  He is also the patron saint of  lawyers, barristers, clowns, comedians, converts, dancers, people with epilepsy, musicians, printers, stenographers, and victims of torture.
