Description
A mid 19th Century Swiss quarter repeating lever in a silver full hunter case. Keywind gilt bar movement with suspended going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator. Compensation balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Right angled club foot lever escapement. Slide quarter repeating on two polished steel gongs. Signed off white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Faded engine turned silver full hunter case with ribbed middle, silver slide in the band. Wound and set through the silver cuvette.
