Plain cock with polished steel micrometer regulator. Guillaume compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement, escape pivots with endstones. Additional mechanism to allow the watch to be used as a master timekeeper, the jewelled detent acting on a slotted wheel mounted on the escape wheel pinion. Signed and numbered silvered dial with subsidiaries for seconds and power reserve, Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Large stainless steel case with electrical contact in the band. Clip on cuvette and bezel. Plain screw on back with Nardin makers mark. Signed and numbered three tier mahogany deck box with sprung electrical contacts and circuitry under the mahogany cover. Rating certificate from October 1961 indicating the watch has been set to sidereal time.
