A 20th Century English lever in a gold half hunter case and signed presentation case. Gilt three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, diamond endstone. Compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. English table roller lever escapement Screwed in jewelling. Signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel seconds hand, gilt half hunter hands. Plain 18 carat half hunter case with blue enamel chapter ring. Gold cuvette, maker's mark “JWB Ld” in a rectangle and number corresponding to that on the movement. In original signed presentation case covered in red morocco.
