Description
A small mid 18th Century English verge in a gilt Bilston enamel consular case. Full plate fire gilt movement with fusee and chain. Pierced and engraved masked cock with diamond endstone, silver regulator disc. Plain three arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. Winding through the restored signed white enamel dial with Roman numerals, blue steel beetle and poker hands. Unusual small Bilston restored green enamel consular case decorated with polychrome foliate panels. Inside decoration of red and blue flowers on a white ground. Gilt metal bezels, pendant and stirrup bow.
