An early 19^th Century English rack lever with jewelled pivots in silver pair cases. Full plate gilt keywind fusee movement with signed gilt dust cover pierced for the table of the cock. Chased and engraved cock, representation of a serpent on the bell shaped table, garnet endstone in a blue steel setting, marked “Patent” on the foot. Blue steel Bosley regulator. Plain three arm steel balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Screwed in jewelling to the third and fourth wheels. Rack lever escapement with adjustable slides to the lever pivots, escape pivots with endstones. White enamel dial marked “Patent”, subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel seconds hand, fine gold Breguet hands. Matching plain silver pair cases, silver oval pendant and bow, maker’s mark “IR”.

Both covers with engine turned centres bordered by light blue champleve enamel. The front cover opened by depressing a button in the pendant.

A fine early 19^th Century Swiss duplex made for the Chinese market in a gold and enamel case. Keywind gilt bar movement with richly engraved plate, bridges and suspended going barrel, polished steel regulator, blue steel stop work and screws. Polished steel three arm balance with three blue steel affixes, spiral hairspring. Crab tooth duplex escapement, the steel escape wheel with two locking teeth so that the watch will appear to beat seconds. White enamel dial with subsidiaries for two time zones, both with Roman numerals, Seconds beating both for centre seconds and subsidiary seconds, blue steel seconds hand and gilt Breguet hands. Large gold and enamel open face case, fine polychrome enamel scene of a classically dressed couple and child. Gold bezel decorated with translucent red, white and blue champleve enamel. Matching gold and enamel pendant and bow. Glazed cover to the movement with sprung engraved gilt bezel.

Opening the back cover reveals the engraved and pierced inner dome to allow the bell to be heard clearly.

An early 19^th Century verge in a rare pearl set case in the form of a lamb. Small circular full plate gilt fusee movement. Finely pierced and engraved bridge cock with steel coqueret, plain three arm gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Silver regulator dial with gilt indicator. Wound through the restored white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, blue steel Breguet hands. Very rare two piece case in the form of a lamb at rest in restored polychrome enamel on gold set with split pearls. The two halves of the case depict the lamb from the front and back. Behind the lamb can be seen an upturned straw hat containing roses. Fixed gold loop set with split pearls and small rectangular gold button to open the cover. Fitted in a velvet lined presentation case.

A collection of seven watch keys. The earliest an 18th Century gilt metal crank with one square for winding and setting the watch, the other for adjusting the mainspring barrel tension. The other six. Three early 19th Century watch keys ratchet keys, one an elegant long gold key with wire wound body set with a small red stone, a simple silver ratchet key and the third later gilt key with circular open body and visible spiral spring. Two further early 19th Century keys, one a small gold key set with a trapezoid shaped bloodstone, the other a long engraved silver key set with an oval yellow stone. A late 19th Century gilt metal key in the form of a pistol resembling a colt revolver.
