Plain silver Dennison half hunter case with blue enamel chapter ring, gilt winding button, maker's mark “ALD” in a rectangle.

Long polished steel regulator, gold sector index. Compensation balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Club foot lever escapement visible through an aperture in the plate, screwed in jewelling. White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Substantial plain silver Keystone open face case marked “Coin”, gold hinges. Large vacant shield shaped cartouche on the back cover, wound through the silver cuvette.

Screwed in jewelling, escape and lever pivots with endstones. Signed white enamel dial with centre seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel half hunter hands. Plain 18 carat half hunter case with blue enamel chapter ring, engraved monogram on the back cover. Maker's mark “JWB Ld” in a rectangle and number corresponding to that on the movement.
