Description

A late 19^th Century quarter repeating Swiss lever in a gold open face case.  Keyless gilt bar movement with going barrel, frosted steel wolfs teeth winding wheels.  Both trains fully jewelled, including the hammer pivots.  Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring.  Club foot lever escapement, escape and lever pivots with endstones.   Slide quarter repeating on two polished steel gongs.  White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands.  Plain gold open face case, gold slide in the band, plain gold cuvette.
