Silver regulator dial with blue steel indicator. Pentagonal baluster pillars. Winding through the fine signed engraved gilt dial. The inner chapter of Roman numerals on a ring of joined raised enamel cartouches, the outer Arabic numerals on another set joined by a band of enamel at the edge. Triangles of translucent green enamel divide the numerals. Pierced and engraved gold hands. Gold consular case with applied chased and engraved two colour gold decoration.
