Engraved bridge below the dial, polished steel regulator. Uncut bimetallic balance with overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. Signed puce enamel dial, Roman numerals in blue circular cartouches, silver decoration either side of the chapter ring, gilt hands. Decoratively engraved silver open face case.

Compensation balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. English table roller lever escapement. White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel seconds hand, gilt hands. Plain 18 carat gold full hunter case with fixed back, the movement hinging out. Maker's mark “PW” in an oval and number corresponding to that on the movement.

Small gold slide in the band to stop the watch acting on the balance, maker's mark “BB” in a rectangle and number corresponding to that on the movement.
