Description

A large late 19^th Century Swiss pin pallet lever in a nickle open face case and desk stand.  Gilt three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel.  Plain cock with steel regulator, uncut balance with spiral hairspring.  Pin pallet lever escapement.  White enamel dial marked “Non Magnetic Lever”, subsidiary seconds.  Gilt numerals in translucent green enamel cartouches over an engine turned ground, blue steel hands.  Substantial plain open face case with gilt winding button, glazed cover to the movement.  Brown leather case with aperture for the dial, folding easel stand.
