There is always a great deal of talk regarding the style guides and advice for men and how the most socially appropriate way is to wear ones pocket watch, depending on occasion and dress code. But we seldom hear about how women’s style guides and the advice associated with females sporting their prized possession after seeing pocket watches for sale and deciding that an antique is the right choice for them- as many people often find.

Pocket watches set to be stars of the show at recent Sotheby’s ‘Important Watches’ auction

Historically important and stunningly made pocket watches are set to be the stars of the show at Sotheby’s sale of Important Watches in Geneva on May 13. The auction will provide those attending, as well as collectors on the phone, an array of irresistible timepieces including a wrist watch once owned by legendary guitarist Eric Clapton.

Made In Chelsea star Mark-Francis Vandelli reveals his designer watch collection valued in excess of £50,000

For those who are unaware who Mark-Francis Vandelli is, he is a cast member or ‘character’ on the largely popular TV show, Made In Chelsea. He’s a well-to-do, privatelyeducated son of a multimillionaire industrialist and model.
