A mid 20^th Century American 56 hour lever deck watch with power reserve indication in a mahogany deck box.  Damascened nickelled split three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel.  Plain cock with polished steel micrometer regulator, uncut balance employing quarter timing nuts, overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. Signed silvered dial with subsidiaries for power reserve and seconds, Arabic numerals, blue steel hands.   Keystone base metal open face case, clip on cuvette, screw bezel and back marked with the broad ministry arrow “H.S.^2  -10705”.  Two piece mahogany deck box lined with green baize, glazed circular aperture to reveal the dial.  Plate detailing instructions on how to use the watch and set the hands.  

A long fine late 19^th Century 9 carat gold curb link watch Albert with central “T” bar.  Spring clip on one end of the chain, split ring on the other.

An early 20th  Century 9 carat rose gold curb link watch Albert of unusual design with faceted beads protecting the link joints.  Spring clip at one end of the chain, “T” bar and pierced gold fob with vacant shield shaped cartouches at the other.  All links marked.  

A late 17th century French verge oignon with silver cock in a silver consular case.  Very deep full plate fire gilt movement, slender Egyptian pillars with turned finials.  Fusee and heavy chain with spring and ratchet setup between the plates, the barrel with a rim to both top and bottom. Silver pierced and engraved bridge cock, plain three arm steel balance with blue steel spiral hairspring secured by a square pin.  Silver regulator dial under a slender blue steel bridge acting on a visible blue steel rack, silver pierced and engraved decoration flanking it.  Silver chased and engraved plate to protect the escapement from a broken fusee chain.  Winding through the unusual white enamel dial, Arabic minute numerals, the Roman hour numerals on raised “cartouches”.  Finely pierced gilt hands.  Plain silver consular case, silver ring pendant and bow.

A late 17^th Century English verge in silver pair cases.  Deep full plate fire gilt movement with Egyptian pillars.  Fusee and chain with worm and wheel barrel setup between the plates. Pierced and engraved winged cock with mask, pierced and engraved foot.  Plain steel balance, silver regulator disc. Signed silver champleve dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, blue steel tulip and poker hands, the minute unusually terminating in an arrow.  Matching plain silver pair cases, silver pendant and stirrup bow. Plain silver outer case with seven joint square hinge, maker's mark “RC” in a rectangle.

An early 18^th Century English gold champleve dial pair cased watch an shagreen protective.   Full plate fire gilt movement with square baluster pillars.  Pierced and engraved masked cock , the top half removed, garnet endstone, broad pierced and engraved foot and plate for the silver regulator disc. Fusee and chain with worm and wheel barrel setup between the plates. Plain three arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. Converted from verge to English table roller lever escapement.  Signed gold champleve dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, later gold hands. Matching 22 carat pair cases, later gold pendant and bow, maker's mark “SG” below a fish.  In a green velvet lined pressed board shagreen covered protective carrying case secured by two gilt hooks.

A large late 18^th Century verge in a silver consular case.  Full plate gilt fusee movement.  Finely pierced and engraved bridge cock, plain three arm steel balance with blue steel spiral hairspring.  Gilt regulator, long index engraved on the plate. Wound through the white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, decorative pierced gilt hands.  Large plain silver consular case, maker's mark “CFC”.

Converted to English table roller lever escapement.   Attractive engine turned silver dial with applied gold Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds, blue steel hands. Engine turned silver open face case with ribbed middle, number corresponding to that on the movement, maker's mark “GH”.

A 19^th Century French cylinder by Leroy made for the Turkish market in a gold open face case.  Keywind gilt Lepine calibre movement with suspended going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, plain three arm gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring.  Polished steel cylinder, steel escape wheel.  Signed white enamel dial with Turkish numerals, gilt hands. Engine turned 18 carat open face case with ribbed middle, wound and set through the signed gilt metal cuvette.

A late 19^th Century Swiss lever in an engine turned gold full hunter case.  Keyless nickelled bar movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring.  Club foot lever escapement, screwed in jewelling in gold settings.  Signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Engine turned 14 carat full hunter case, signed gold cuvette and glazed cover to the movement.  Maker's mark “P Moser” in a rectangle.

A fine late 19^th Century freesprung keyless reverse fusee with power reserve indication by Kullberg in a gold full hunter case.  Gilt three quarter plate keyless movement with fusee and chain. Harrison's maintaining power.  Plain pierced bridge cock with diamond endstone.  Compensation balance with freesprung  blue steel overcoil hairspring.  English table roller lever escapement, screwed in jewelling, escape and lever pivots with endstones. Signed white enamel dial with subsidiaries for power reserve and  seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands.  Substantial plain 18 carat full hunter case, engraved initials on the front cover.  Gold cuvette with apertures for wind an set if the owner choose to use a key.  Gold bow and gilt winding button,  maker's mark “JM” in an oval.  The winding disabled when the front cover is closed.  In a fitted Victor Kullberg presentation case lined with velvet and covered in red morocco.

A late 19^th Century Swiss cylinder with unusual masked dial in a silver open face case.  Extensively engraved keyless gilt bar movement with going barrel. Engraved cock with polished steel regulator, plain three arm gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring.  Polished steel cylinder, steel escape wheel.   Unusual cream enamel dial, small white chapter ring of  Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds.  In the centre a polychrome floral spray, broad border overlaid by a pierced and engraved gilt mask set with coloured cabochons, pierced gilt hands. Large silver open face case, chased silver bezels, the decoratively engraved.  Nickle cuvette engraved “Remontouir – Metal”.

A rare late 19^th Century English centre seconds lever with jumping quarter seconds in a silver open face case.  Full plate gilt keywind fusee movement, barrel setup click and ratchet visible through the gilt dust cover.  Harrison's maintaining power.  Engraved cock with diamond endstone, polished steel regulator with silver sector index.  Compensation balance with blue steel spiral hairspring.  English table roller lever escapement, screwed in jewelling, escape and lever pivots with endstones.  Signed white enamel dial with centre seconds Roman numerals, blue steel gold hands.  Subsidiary for jumping quarter seconds, the hand rotating once a second, stopping briefly at the quarters.   Plain silver open face case, lateral steel stop lever under the front bezel.  Maker's mark “JF” and number corresponding to that on the movement.

A late 19^th Century Swiss lever by Nardin in a silver open face case with rosewood presentation case.  Keyless gilt bar movement with going barrel.  Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement.  Signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Arabic numerals, gilt hands.  Plain silver open face case, silver cuvette, Nardin maker's mark “N” in a sunburst below a bird.  Rosewood presentation box, vacant brass cartouche and brass stringing to the lid.  Long brass striking plate to the latch inscribed “James Nardin – Locle”.  Lined in red silk and velvet, compartment with spare mainspring and glass.

A slim mid 20^th Century Swiss lever dress watch with sales receipt.  Keyless damascened nickelled bar movement with going barrel. Plain cock with polished steel regulator. Uncut bimetallic balance with spiral hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. Signed black metal dial with subsidiary seconds, red Roman numerals in the grey ring chapter, gilt hands. Plain chrome nickle open face case engraved inside the hinged back cover with the owners name and date.  Original sales receipt dated November 1948 for £10-10 shillings.

Fusee and chain with worm and wheel barrel setup between the plates. Plain three arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring.  White enamel dial with Arabic numerals, gold hands. Gold pair cases, plain inner with gold pendant and bow, maker's mark “I.M” in a rectangle.  Gold repousse outer case, pierced for panels of moss agate in the back and bezel.  Large gold key, chased and engraved frame set with a large rectangular agate.

An 18^th Century Irish verge in fine gold and enamel pair cases with matching chatelaine.  Full plate fire gilt movement with round pillars.  Pierced and engraved masked cock, silver regulator disc. Fusee and chain with worm and wheel barrel setup between the plates.  Plain three arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring.  Convex white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, gold hands.  Plain gold inner case, gold pendant and bow.  Gold and enamel outer case with central oval cartouche of a classically dressed couple finely painted  “en grisaille”.  The scene bordered by a row of white enamel faux split pearls and a geometric frame of white enamel with fields of blue and green translucent enamel over an engine turned ground.  Fine matching chatelaine, the gilt metal clip with applied gold and enamel face decorated with an oval “en grisaille” scene similarly bordered by a row of white enamel faux split pearls and light green translucent enamel over an engine turned ground.  The clip supporting seven chains of gold oval links decorated with light and dark green translucent enamel.  A cartouche decorated with another smaller scene depicting a tambourine and sheet music hangs from the three central chains.  The other four chains each with accessories attached with spring clips locked by threaded collars.  The accessories comprise:- a small plain gold compass, a heart shaped clear stone in a gold mount decorated with an “en grisaille” portrait within a translucent blue enamel border, an agate seal in a gold and enamel mount and an opening gold and enamel egg decorated with white enamel faux split pearls and fields of blue translucent enamel over an engine turned ground.   Both cases with maker's mark “IW”, the inner with number corresponding to that on the movement.
