An early 19th Century Swiss quarter repeating cylinder in a gold full hunter case.  Keywind gilt Lepine calibre movement with suspended going barrel. Plain cock with blue steel regulator. plain three arm gilt balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. Polished steel cylinder, steel escape wheel. Push pendant quarter repeating on two polished steel gongs. Engine turned gold dial, black enamel Roman numerals and minute markings, blue steel hands.  Slim engine turned 18 carat rose gold full hunter case, engine turned middle.  Gold push pendant and two small rectangular buttons to open the covers.  Wound and set through the signed cuvette which also details features of the movement.
