Description

A late 19^th Century Swiss keyless independent centre seconds lever in a gold open face case.  Keyless nickelled bar movement with two going barrels, twin visible steel winding wheels.  Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring.  Club foot lever escapement, escape and lever pivots with endstones.  White enamel dial with independent centre seconds, Roman and Arabic numerals, blue steel seconds hand, gilt hands.  Plain 18 carat open face case,  the independent seconds operated by a button in the pendant.  Plain gold cuvette.
