steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring, silver regulator disc. Rare silver dial, the centre depicting Father Time on a pierced and engraved disc with a blue steel ground. The disc takes the place of the hour hand rotating once every twelve hours as the watch runs, Father Time indicating the hour with a small blue steel hand pointer at the edge. Roman and Arabic numerals for the time and outside this a chapter listing both days of the week and months of
the year, each with a number beside them. Blue steel poker minute hand. Plain silver pair cases. Silver outer, the back a repair replacement, seven joint square hinge. Inner case with silver pendant and ring bow, split bezel, maker's mark "WF" and numbered 884.
