Compensation balance with rare freesprung blue steel duo in uno hairspring, a combination of a helical spring with a spiral lower terminal curve. English double roller lever escapement. Screwed in jewelling, escape and lever pivots with endstones. White enamel dial with subsidiaries for continuous seconds and 60 minute record. Fifth seconds markings for the flyback
centre seconds chronograph, Roman numerals, blue steel hands and polished steel split seconds hand. Substantial 18 carat open face case with the original owners monogram, "T D D" in polychrome enamel on the back cover. Maker's mark "EN" in a rectangle and number corresponding to that on the movement.
