Patent union chronometer escapement giving impulse to the balance, the locking performed by a lever. Numbered white enamel dial marked "Chronometer". Centre seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel seconds hand, gilt hands. Plain 18 carat open face case, gold cuvette with apertures for winding and hand set. Maker's mark "HW" and number corresponding to that on the movement.
