An unusual original example of an English windmill automaton.  This style, with the windmill within a seconds chapter is very rare and the dial of this particular example is in excellent condition.  The outer case bears no marks, perhaps due to an earlier repair.   See "The Artistry of the English Watch" by Cedric Jagger, page  100 for a similar watch.
