brass escape wheel, pivots with endstones. Decorative gold dial, applied three colour gold foliate decoration to the centre. Applied gold Roman numerals, gilt hands. Engine turned 18 carat consular case, three names engraved inside the back, maker's mark "HJ". Signed gilt cuvette pierced to reveal the table of the cock, the winding aperture indicated by a horse and the set square with a pair of engraved watch hands.
