Index No. A8246 Gold up/down Fusee Lever by Frodsham
A late 19th Century English fusee lever by Frodsham with power reserve indication in a gold open face case.  Gilt three quarter plate keywind movement with fusee and chain.  Harrison's maintaining power.  Engraved cock with polished steel regulator, diamond endstone.  Compensation balance employing quarter timing nuts, blue steel overcoil hairspring.  Screwed in jewelling, escape and lever pivots with endstones.  English table roller lever escapement.  Signed and numbered white enamel dial with subsidiaries for power reserve and seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands.  Plain 18 carat open face case, maker's mark "CF" and number corresponding to that on the movement.  Wound and set through the inner dome.
