Compensation balance, freesprung blue steel overcoil hairspring. English lever escapement, screwed in jewelling, escape and lever pivots with endstones. Signed white enamel centre seconds dial, Roman numerals, blue steel seconds hand, gilt hands. Substantial plain silver open face case with gilt winding button, glazed clip on cuvette, hallmarked 1970 maker's mark "MRM" in a rectangle. Three tier mahogany deck box with
