for the worm both secured by two screws. Pierced and engraved winged cock, pierced and engraved foot with irregular edge. Plain gilt balance, silver regulator disc, the lower balance potence so long it requires an aperture in the plate. Small offset gilt train with elaborate turned wheel arbors, the hand driven by a pinion on the fusee. Fine signed one piece silver champleve dial Roman numerals, single blue steel hand indicating the time on the
chapter marked in quarter hours. Silver and shagreen pair cases, plain silver inner, silver pendant and ring bow, maker's mark "WF". Fine outer case with silver bezels and covered in black shagreen decorated by silver pique pins, small engraved silver circle to the centre of the back.
