setting. Signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Arabic numerals, gilt hands. Slim 18 carat open face case the back decorated with a band of light blue translucent enamel over an engine turned ground. In the centre an applied gold chased and engraved cartouche in a white enamel ground. A further band of applied chased and engraved gold work with translucent red dots, again in a white enamel ground. In a gilt tooled red
morocco covered case, faded Cartier signature on the underside. Buff velvet interior, the fitted section for the watch hinged with an easel stand.
