Irish watches of this period are very rare.  This is probably an ancestor of the Dublin maker George Graydon who was apprenticed in 1753.  The casemaker is Gamaliel Voyce.  His mark is registered on the 1682 plate in the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths and he signed the 1697 Clockmakers' Oath of Allegiance to King William III.
