with two resting barrels, the larger barrel, being half the diameter of the
movement, providing the power for the musical train. Plain cock, polished
steel coqueret and regulator, plain gilt balance with spiral spring, polished
steel cylinder, steel escape wheel. Polished steel work on back plate to
control the disc type musical train. Pendant quarter repeating on two
steel gongs, the repeating work situated under the dial. Lateral slide in
the band to actuate the musical mechanism and a lateral polished steel lever to
allow the music to play automatically on the hour. Gold dial with enamel
chapter and cartouches of Arabic numerals, blue steel hands. Engine
turned gold open face case, ribbed middle, gilt cuvette with apertures for
