Engraved silver dial with Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Cast silver case in the form of a skull which hinges at the back to reveal the dial. In the base of the jaw a representation of a serpent. Matching silver chain with links in the form of bones and miniature skulls. Small brown leather cap to cover the back half of the skull.
