Hallmarked London 1869
Diameter 40 mm
This watch is a very small size for a keyless fusee.  Interestingly the number in the case has been altered.  It is a fractional number and the "2" has been left with the lower figures, "579" carefully struck through and replaced with "683".  This may have been due to a mistake or perhaps the original movement was changed by the makers.
