lever with counter-balance extensions to the arms. Escape pivots and lever with endstones. white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel Breguet hands. Engine turned 18 carat full hunter case, maker's mark "M&B" in a rectangle. Signed and numbered gold cuvette also engraved with the name of the Austrian retailer. Accompanied by a certificate from the Patek Philippe archives showing the watch
manufactured in 1860 and sold in October 1864.
