Engraved cock with polished steel regulator, diamond endstone. Compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. English table roller lever escapement.
Screwed in jewelling, escape and lever pivots with endstones. Very rare design of minute repeating work with a separate minute snail of fifteen steps rotating four times and hour mounted on an arbor with a star wheel. Slide repeating on two polished steel gongs. Signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Plain 18 carat full hunter case, gold cuvette and recessed gold slide, maker's mark "JM"
in an oval. The lever hand set unusually cancelled when the front cover is closed.
