Index No. A6316 American Gold Half Hunter
An early 20th Century American lever in a gold half hunter case.  Gilt seven jewel split three quarter plate keyless movement. Going barrel with snailed steel winding work.  Engraved cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement.  Signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Arabic numerals, blue steel half hunter hands.  Plain 18 carat half hunter case with blue enamel chapter ring.  Gold bow and cuvette engraved "May 11th 1921", maker's mark "ALD" in a rectangle and "Dennison Watch Case Co. Ltd.".
