A late 19th Swiss pivoted detent chronometer in a gold full hunter case.  Gilt three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Engraved cock with polished steel micrometer regulator, compensation balance with helical blue steel hairspring.  Swiss pivoted detent chronometer escapement. White enamel dial marked "Chronometer", subsidiary seconds, Arabic numerals, attractive blue steel and gilt hands.  Fitted in a substantial contemporary engine turned 18 carat full hunter case, the gold cuvette engraved "H Moser & Cie".
