| A fine mid 16th Century German tambour watch case and dial. Gilt single handed dial with chapters for one to twelve in Roman numerals and thirteen to twenty four in Arabic numerals. Gilt touch pieces at the edge, the centre engraved in a geometrical pattern. Pierced chased and engraved
tambour shaped case. The edge showing a scene of a hunt for wild boar and stag. The base of the case has at its centre a chased and engraved depiction of Astronomy surrounded by a pierced border of another hunting scene. Plain ring pendant.
