balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, fine gold beetle and poker hands. Gilt metal pair cases, the inner with number corresponding to that on the movement. The outer covered in horn underpainted with an oval scene of a young woman resting her elbow on a ships anchor set within a gilt border. The bezel and area surrounding the scene decorated with ferns.
