and wheel barrel setup between the plates. Unusual applied silver pierced decoration to the fusee stop arm. Plain three arm gilt balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. Push pendant half quarter repeating on a bell in the back of the case. Signed gold champleve dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, blue steel beetle and poker hands. Fine gold pair cases, probably 22 carat. Gold inner case finely pierced and engraved depicting animals and a mask,
gold push pendant and stirrup bow. The outer of chased and engraved repousse work pierced at the edges depicting Telemachus and Calypso. Signed at the base of the scene "Dupont - fecit", the scene within a rococo border.
