marked "Bi-Hor", subsidiary seconds, black Roman numerals and at the edge red Arabic numerals for 24 hours. The gilt hands show the time in minutes and hours as in a normal watch. In addition the long blue steel hand moves at half the rate of the other hour hand and gives the time according to the 24 hour system. Plain nickel open face case.
