lever escapement. Off white enamel centre seconds dial marked "Centre Seconds Chronograph", Roman numerals, blue steel seconds hand, gilt hands. Plain silver open face case with ribbed middle. Gold hinges, a vacant shield shaped cartouche on the back cover. Gold thumb piece in the band to stop the balance wound and set through the silver cuvette. Maker's mark "LJTN" in a rectangle and number corresponding to
that on the movement.
