A mid 19th Century English lever with Liverpool window jewelling in a gold open face case.  Decorative full plate gilt keywind fusee movement.  Engraved barrel with polished and blue steel ratchet, click and spring visible through the gilt dust cover engraved "Richd Walsh".  Harrison's maintaining power. Engraved cock with diamond endstone, plain three arm gold balance with blue steel spiral hairspring, blue steel Bosley regulator. English table roller lever escapement, screwed in Liverpool window  jewelling, Lateral steel stop lever.  White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Roman numerals, blue steel hands. Plain 18 carat open face case, small vacant shield shaped cartouche on the back, ribbed middle, maker's mark "RS" in an oval.
