dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, arcaded minute ring, blue steel beetle and poker hands. Gold pair cases, the plain inner with maker's mark "IW". The finely worked chased and engraved repousse outer depicting a scene of a young woman greeting a soldier with three figures either side attending them. Rococo frame and border to the front bezel.
