| A late 18th Century English calendar verge with unusual enamel dial in silver pair cases. Full plate fire gilt movement with round pillars. Pierced and engraved cock, silver regulator disc. Plain three arm steel balance, blue steel spiral hairspring. Unusual white enamel dial, the numerals replaced by
the name "Henry Selfe", Arabic numerals for the date calendar and minutes. The centre of the dial flat, the border bearing the numerals raised, blue steel beetle and poker hands, later gilt calendar hand. Matching silver pair cases, silver pendant and bow, maker's mark "IT".
