balance with blue steel spiral hairspring. The lower pivot of the verge staff is extended through the plate almost to the dial. Silver regulator dial with blue steel indicator. White enamel dial with central gilt figure, the head moving slowly from side to side as the watch runs. Apertures for wind and set marked in French. Rare bras en l'air mechanism with the scale for the minutes on the left and hours on the right. The arms rest at their lowest position
until the pendant is depressed when they rise and stop to show the time, returning when the pendant is released. Plain 18 carat consular case with reeded bezels, octagonal gold push pendant.
