Unusual case in the form of a basket of flowers with two lids opened by depressing one of two buttons in the pendant. The floral decoration on the front lid of fully restored enamel set with small diamonds. The back lid with fully restored polychrome enamel on a dark blue ground. Wound and set through the
richly engraved heart shaped gold cuvette.
