Gedeon Rigaud - London circa 1700.  The case and dial appear to be continental and has perhaps been made for the movement at a  slightly later date.  However although not recorded as working on the continent Rigaud may have moved from London.  It is unusual for the place of origin to be omitted.  Watches with rotating portraits such as this are very rare.
