An early 20th Century Swiss goliath 8 day lever in a silver open face case. Nickelled split three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel, the wheel driving the cannon pinion above the plate. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. White enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Arabic numerals, blue steel hands. Large plain silver open face case, London import marks for 1920, maker's mark "EGT" in a rectangle. Gilt winding crown.
