regulator dial with blue steel indicator. Pentagonal pillars. Fully restored signed enamel 24 hour dial with subsidiaries for date and phase of the moon. The top half of the dial with black Arabic numerals on a white ground and a small red depiction of the sun. The lower half with white Arabic numerals on a black ground and stars, a small depiction of the moon in red, gold hands. Plain silver open face case, maker's mark "PIB" in a diamond.
