Index No. A5115 American Railroad Lever
An early 20th Century American railroad lever in a rolled gold open face case. Damascened nickelled split three quarter plate keyless movement with going barrel. Engraved cock with polished steel micrometer regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. Screwed in jewelling, the barrel arbor also jewelled. Signed three piece white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Arabic numerals, the minutes marked individually in black and red, blue steel hands. Rolled gold open face case with screw back and bezel.
