Gold Lever by Vacheron and Constantin

An early 20th Century Swiss lever in a gold open face case with original box and certificate. Keyless gilt bar movement with going barrel, steel wolf's teeth winding work. Plain cock with polished steel regulator, compensation balance with blue steel overcoil hairspring. Club foot lever escapement. Signed white enamel dial with subsidiary seconds, Arabic numerals, gilt hands. Plain 18 carat open face case, signed gold cuvette with engraved dedication dated 1910. Original red velvet lined presentation box and guarantee certificate.
