balance cock of irregular shape secured by tenon and pin. Three wheel going train. Finely engraved gilt oval dial, four lugs locating into the case. Fitted to the movement by three bayonet lugs and secured by a single blue steel swing latch. Small engraved chapter of Roman numerals above which are depicted Adam and Eve. Inside the chapter an engraved landscape, single blue steel hand. Plain gilt oval case with parallel
sides, engraved beads at top and bottom. Domed base and hinged cover, cast decorative gilt pendant and ring bow.
