operating on a visible blue steel rack. Fitted with a contemporary engraved gilt metal dial with white enamel cartouches of blue Roman numerals, enamel hour ring marked in quarters. Later blue steel hand, the watch wound by the square through the centre of the hand. Gilt metal consular case profusely decorated and engraved, gilt pendant and ring bow.
